ROOM PARTIES

UPDATE: AS OF APRIL 10, 2017 The Westin Southfield Detroit is booked full!

Room Parties are an integral element of Penguicon. If you are interested in hosting an amazing room party this year at Penguicon, make sure you check the following steps off of your list:

1. Book a Room (Room block closed).  At the hotel to get your confirmation number
2. Fill out the hotel room special request form for the hotel liaison and room party coordinator to let them know you are throwing a party and need to be on the right floor! Note that bed removal, ice delivery, and appliances through the hotel have additional fees.
3. Add [email protected] to your contact list so Charlie can email you with ease.
4. That’s It!
